Wages at MudSoup.com may meet the federal minimum wage requirement. Our benefits include the use of our restroom, paper products and discounted use of our telephone in emergencies. 

Health
Healthy employees are productive employees. Since MudSoup.com is built on the backs of our employees, a strength test is administered during the evaluation.

Productive Attitude

Our employees are expected to display a productive attitude and focus all of their energy on giving MudSoup.com the most bang for our buck. During this phase of our evaluation, applicants are left alone in a 6X4 foot room for three hours with nothing but a copy machine, paper and clown make-up. The applicant is then observed via a two-way mirror for inappropropriate or unproductive behaviour.

Stress Test

During the final phase of the evaluation, a large toad is placed in the shorts of the applicant. The applicant is then submerged in a 500 gallon tank of ice water. Our professional evaluators then monitor the applicant's cardiac function and cold response for signs of distress. The applicant shown on the left failed the test and had to be revived at a local hospital.
